We currently ship to The United States, Canada and most European countries. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your location, feel free to contact us!
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location. Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days. You’ll receive an estimated delivery date at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50, a standard shipping fee applies, which is calculated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery.
What happens if my order is delayed?
Occasionally, delays may occur due to high demand or shipping carrier issues. If your order is delayed, please contact us at info@giftedandgathered.com, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Are your products sustainably sourced?
Many of our products are sustainably sourced, and we work closely with suppliers to ensure ethical practices. Look for "Sustainably Sourced” in our product description on qualifying items.
What if I receive the wrong item?
We’re sorry for any inconvenience! If you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@giftedandgathered.com with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We’ll make it right.
How can I cancel or modify my order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept cancelations once you have ordered but you can return the item for a refund if you don’t love it.
Why do items in my order arrive separately?
To ensure quicker delivery, items may be shipped directly from different suppliers. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Do you offer gift packaging?
We offer gift packaging or a personalized note on some select items. Unfortunately we can’t offer gift packaging for custom-made items or orders being shipped internationally because of customs restrictions etc
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Some exclusions apply.

Who covers the return shipping cost?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
